The Real Manitoba Photo Contest
2012 Calendar Photo Contest Underway!
For the sixth year running, we are looking for high quality, appealing photos that represent the many faces of our beautiful province. At least one photo from six areas of the province - the North, Western Parkland, Interlake, Whiteshell, the South and Manitoba towns and cities - will be selected. The photos will reflect the month and season - summer, fall, winter and spring - in which they appear. For each photo chosen (maximum two per photographer), winners will receive $100, a photo credit and five free calendars to share with friends and family.
The contest is open to all Manitobans. Photos will be judged by image composition and quality. Here are last year's winning entries.

- By entering you agree to abide by all contest rules — and to have fun.
- The contest is open to ALL Manitobans, including employees and directors of credit unions, caisses populaires and their affiliates.
- Photographs may be of any subject, but must be taken in Manitoba.
- Photographs must be horizontal in format.
- Photos must be submitted as a digital image no smaller than 3 megapixels (approx. 1 Megabyte raw out of the camera) on CD or sent by e-mail to cuinfo@cucm.org. (Our preference is e-mailed digital images). We will no longer accept prints, slides or negatives.
- There will be 14 prizes of $100 awarded. Winners will also receive photo credit in the calendar and five calendars to share with family and friends. You may enter up to two photos.
- Entries will be judged by delegates of Credit Union Central of Manitoba and la fédération des caisses populaires du Manitoba, based on the composition and technical quality of the photograph. Photos will be selected to reflect every region of the province and all four seasons. Judges' decisions will be final.
- CDs will only be returned if accompanied by a self-addressed envelope of adequate size with sufficient potage affixed.
- All entries must be submitted no later than November 26, 2010. No late entries will be accepted. If not e-mailing your photos, drop you can drop CDs off at
