If you are engaged in a dispute, if you have questions related to policy, or if you require assistance with an unresolved issue with your credit union, we will help bring you and your credit union together, with a view to finding a solution.
When bringing a matter to our attention, please include the name of your credit union and your name and phone number, and describe the nature of your issue in as much detail as possible.
Unless you indicate otherwise, we will interpret your email as permission for us to raise your issue with your credit union. If your email is for the Ombudsman only, please write "Do Not Forward" at the top of your email.
As Ombudsman for Manitoba's credit unions, Credit Union Central of Manitoba (CUCM) is interested in assisting in the satisfactory resolution of issues.
CUCM does not act as an arbitrator or mediator on behalf of either party.
